First time to Tenerife. Hotel has a spa vibe, beautiful decor and walking distance into town. We chose half board. During the day it is common to see the clients in their hotel robe and slippers at the front desk, main pool and walking to the spa. It is so relaxing.The spa has a great gym, pool with a waterfall, 2 saunas and a large steam room and treatment rooms. We ate very well. Favourite was the garlic prawns. Even my tuna sandwich overlooking the main pool was so delicious. If you want to go away alone, it’s cosy and private. There are garden benches overlooking the pond. There is a pair of black swans who will soon become parents. The pond is full of fish and the lush mature tropical grounds are very healing. I was mourning a recent loss, and for me it was all about swimming twice a day, reading and a daily steam.

Atmosphere of a Grand Hotel (portier, welcome drink, everyone is very polite), Extremly comfortable bed, Excellent selection in breakfast. Very nice and neat garden, also around the spa area. Friendly and helpful staff (even if they don’t understand a word). Room service was exzellent as well. And the best thing ever : heated water beds in the spa area! Amazing place to rest and relax the muscles and mind !

From the moment you arrived, you are given VIP treatment. Fresh juice, explanation of facilities. Spacious, clean and relaxing. The breakfast is amazing compared to most European and American complimentary breakfast. Staff was always very attentive. Post Covid, US hotels started skimping on housekeeping. This hotel provided housekeeping everyday and even turn down service at night. The spa was perfect. It was never crowded and was always clean. It had a therapeutic thermal circuit, many pools (no kids), and spa packages( did not use). Overall I will come again.

All the stuff is really very sweet and kind. Amazing cleaning team. The room itself is comfortable and spacious. Late checkout (3 pm) was made for us with any additional questions and free of charge - it’s really nice. Gym is ok. Territory is very green and well-groomed.

The most wonderful staff! Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms (although a bit small, everything was there to detail, clean and well taken care of.). The Asian style garden is not so big, but gives an important extra value to the experience for me. I felt welcome and would come again probably

Breakfasts were very bounteous staff very friendly with greetings to our toddler. Spa was good, ice room and sauna and Turkish steam room in cosy hexagonal rooms, but we never found more than one or 2 people in each food and service in the 3 restaurants was good Room service was excellent food and on time We stayed last week of March when weekends get busier but 3 lifts coped well never any delays.Plenty of staff always friendly Got a genius discount prepaid from booking.com Beautiful pool and gardens and toddler pool all heated. Weather was around 27/28Degrees during our stay

This feels like a hidden gem. The garden and grounds and pool areas are absolutely stunning and so well maintained. I used the gym and spa and loved the services. I had a great massage, and enjoyed the different saunas and pools. Their lobby bar has a classic oriental theme that feels rich. Do not miss visiting the elevator landings of all the floors. Each landing is themed with a collection of a famous Spanish artist, which is a curated treat. Overall, was a great experience.

One of the best hotels with relaxing atmosphere and nice on site restaurants. Pet friendly. Rooms were big and beautifully decorated. It's a great location too, nice walk downhill to the center of Puerto de la Cruz. Beautiful views at Mirador de la Paz, 10mins walk from hotel. Staff were just excellent! Especially reception, food and beverage and housekeeping. You made mine and Daisy's stay just perfect. Great breakfast too at the terrace of the pool garden. Thanks for all the great care and holiday vibes! We hope to be back again soon, then for a few days longer:)

Beautiful garden and spa area. Spacious room with nice view. Excellent cleaning and service. Very nice selection at the breakfast and relaxing to sit outside in the garden. All the staff very friendly. Good restaurants for dinner as well - the tiramisu was the best we have ever tried.
